Below is everything that differs between plans. Everything else comes with every space:

|---|---|---|---|
| Static serving | Unlimited, on every plan | ||
| Storage | 10 GB | 50 GB | 200 GB |
| Custom domains | 3 | 10 + a wildcard | Unlimited |
| Editor seats | 1 | 3 | 10 |
| Version history | Every publish kept, any version restorable | ||
A domain registered with WordPress.com never counts against a domain limit, on any plan.
Your pages keep serving. Static serving is not metered on any plan, so a busy day is never a bill. Limits apply to storage and the built-in services. When you are close we say so, and we remove nothing of yours without asking first.
Every current membership of your team, and nothing else. Reviewers, agents, API keys, device tokens and OAuth clients never add a seat charge. Plus includes three seats and Pro includes ten. More are $4.99 a month each on either paid plan, and every seat you add raises the plan's limits with it.
Domains you connect do: three on Free, ten and a wildcard on Plus, as many as you like on Pro. A domain registered with WordPress.com never counts against the limit, on any plan. SSL is automatic either way.
Only the bill. Plus is $49.99 a year and Pro is $499 a year, about two months free next to paying monthly. The limits are the same either way.
Yes, by design. One command downloads every file of any version to a folder you can host anywhere. Staying should be a choice you keep making, not a lock you discover.
