Client work is
safe here.

Every space is private by default: not listed, not indexed, and not open from a bare URL. Invite the people who belong, send the client a link that needs no account, and go public when they’re ready.

You decide who gets in

Private by default

Internal tools and client previews stay hidden until you share them.

Invite exactly who belongs

Add people by email at view, comment or edit level. Pull access back in a click when the engagement changes.

Links that need no account

Send the client a revocable link instead of a sign-up. Revoke it and it stops opening straight away.

The whole model is written down in the access docs.

Bring the whole team

Seats are for people who edit. Reviewers, clients on a link, agents and API keys never add a seat charge.

These are upcoming plans. Settings → Billing shows what’s available to your team today.

  • Free$0, non-commercial1 editor
  • Go$5 a month1 editor
  • Plus$15 a month10 editor seats

Plus includes 10 editors, then $5 per extra editor each month. Extra seats do not add usage credit. Free and Go have one editor. Full terms are on the pricing page.

The questions clients ask

“Can we have Tuesday’s version back?”

Yes, while that version is retained. Plus includes a planned year of production history and 180 days of preview history. Live and protected versions are kept.

“It has to be on our domain.”

Point the client’s domain at the space and SSL is issued and renewed automatically. Free includes 20 custom domains, and a domain registered with WordPress.com never counts against the limit.

“What if launch day is busy?”

Go and Plus include 1 TB of cached delivery per team each month, then $0.02/GB. The charge draws from your shared usage credit before adding to your bill.

“When we’re done, we want the files.”

Download the files of a retained version. Static sites can usually move to another host with those files; apps using Spacefast runtimes need adaptation.

Spacefast is in research preview.
