Turns one preset team skill on or off for every agent on the team. Only team owners and admins can change skills; agents cannot.

`PATCH /v1/teams/{teamId}/skills/{skillKey}`

**Request body** (`application/json`, required)

- `enabled` (boolean, required) — Turn the skill on or off for the whole team.
