Paginated settings for the Enterprise/Internal parent's current live family, ordered by team name and ID. Requires parent admin authority. Team settings and connector reads respect credential permissions. Returns up to three configured team-account connector names per team; follow each connector cursor with listTeamExternalAccessTeamConnectors. No credentials, private account identities or provider requests.

`GET /v1/teams/{teamId}/external-access/teams`
